National Senior champion for the 3rd year in a row.

Las Vegas, NV – Sept. 23, 2025 – In a display of unwavering consistency and precision, Kirk Junge etched his name deeper into golfing lore by capturing the U.S. Teachers Cup Senior Division crown for the third consecutive year. The two-day showdown unfolded under the bright Nevada sun at Stallion Mountain Golf Club, in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 22 and 23, where Junge’s steady hand propelled him to a commanding seven-shot victory. Kirk also had a lower score than the open and super senior division champions by 5 shots.

Junge, a veteran instructor and inventor of the Setup 4 Impact golf method, which emphasizes simplifying every part of the game, opened the tournament with a flawless 69 on the demanding Stallion Mountain layout. The course, known for its undulating fairways and treacherous greens carved into the desert foothills, tested the mettle of even the most seasoned competitors. Undeterred, Junge followed up with a composed 72 in the final round, carding a tournament total of 3-under par 141—well ahead of the field and underscoring his mastery of the event.

“This win feels especially sweet after back-to-back titles,” Junge said post-round, after cooling off in the clubhouse.  “Stallion Mountain always brings out your best, but it’s the camaraderie among fellow golf instructors that makes the U.S. Teachers Cup so much fun.” “At 61 years old I am older than most in the senior division, and my goal is to keep working to simplify and improve every aspect of my game.” “This is also what I do for my clients”.

The annual event is organized by the United States Golf Teachers Federation which has over 35,000 members. It drew a field of top professionals from across the nation. Junge’s triumph not only cements his status as the division’s preeminent force but also highlights how effective the Setup 4 Impact golf method is. Kirk credits his simple method as the key to his winning 3 years in a row. As he is the only player in the field that sets up and swings on one single plane.

As he eyes a potential fourth straight victory next year, Kirk will keep working to help as many golfers as possible play their best ever golf with his Setup 4 Impact golf method. More info at https://setup4impact.com
